Minor bugs with apps downloaded onto my Kindle Fire. My Kindle Fire is the very first generation model from 2011. All bugs could very well be specific to my early model - bugs logged if they were available for me to download via the Amazon App Store. All apps have presumably passed Amazon mobile certification process.

Cube Thing game on the Kindle Fire: Pressing "Play Again" after taking a screenshot doesn't restart game.
Date: 09/11/2014
Cube Thing game: Version 1.1
Description:
I've downloaded Cube Thing onto both an Android mobile phone and onto my Kindle Fire.
This particular bug only happens on my Kindle Fire.
On the Kindle Fire, you're given "Play Again" option. If you take a screenshot the "Play Again" button is disable, and you're forced to manually back out using the BACK arrow on the Kindle Fire.
I immediately noticed this.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download Cube Thing onto a Kindle Fire
2. Proceed through a game and die
3. From the "Game Over" screen, select "Screenshot"
4. (The screen will go black) Press "Play Again"
5. Not that pressing "Play Again" does nothing
Result: On a Kindle Fire, the "Play Again" button will become disabled after the user takes a screenshot
Expected: The "Play Again" button should work after the user takes a screenshot
Please see the attached screenshot:

Cube Thing game on the Kindle Fire: Screenshot Option not working as expected.
Date: 09/11/2014
Cube Thing Game: Version 1.1
Description:
I just downloaded the game Cube Thing onto my first generation Kindle Fire.
The game is pretty enjoyable (although it would be about 5 time better with Amazon GameCircle integration!) and I encourage anyone to give it a try.
I did find one particular bug that I kept getting, that I thought I should jot down here.
This game features a screenshot option. I've seen this feature on other games that i've downloaded for my Kindle Fire, but i've almost never used this feature.
I tried to use this feature of Cube Thing today - and it didn't work me. Perhaps i'm just misunderstand it wrong. Allow me to explain...
Instead of taking a picture of the entire screen - meaning my cube and the course - it only takes grabs a screenshot of the rectangular box with the scores. I have no idea why anyone would want a screen shot of that (and not the course AND the results).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download Cube Thing game on a Kindle Fire
2. Launch on a Kindle Fire
3. Take a screenshot
4. Go and look at screenshot
Result: Screenshots taken in Cube Thing show only the rectangular score box - not the entire field of play
Expected: I want a screenshot of both the scores AND the course!
Repro Rate: 5/5
Please Note: Please see the attached screenshots.
Grab a screenshot from this screen. When I go and tap the "Screenshot" button, i'm assuming that i'm going to capture the entire screen - meaning the cube and the course.
This is what was taken, this is my screenshot.

The game Pathogen on Kindle Fire - it's easy to drag Editor screen UI onto the main menu
Date: 08/23/2014
Description:
I downloaded the game Pathogen on my Kindle Fire. It’s pretty fun, you should download it and
try it out.
I did find one bug which I felt like I needed to write
down. This bug takes a little two finger
dexterity, but I’ve noticed that I can consistently get this to reproduce.
What’s worse is that once it happens, it sometimes continues
to happen even if you exit the game and then restart it.
Basically, it’s very easy to drag the “Editor” screen UI
options onto other screens. This happens
if you select/press the “Editor” option while also pressing “Single Player” or
“Multiplayer” at the same time.
It is much easier to show this bug than to describe it, so
please see the attached screenshots.
Steps to Reproduce:
2.
From the Pathogen main menu, press and hold
“Editor”
3.
From the Pathogen main menu, press and hold
“Single Player”
4.
Simultaneously release both
5.
Exit out of the “Editor” screen using the back arrow
6.
Note that the “New Map” UI from the “Editor”
screen has been dragged onto the Pathogen main menu
Result: It’s very
easy to drag the “Editor” screen UI onto the Pathogen main menu
Expected: You shouldn’t
be able to drag the “Editor” screen UI onto the Pathogen main menu
This is the Pathogen main menu, you'll notice the "Single Player" and "Editor" options.
Use two fingers - first press (and hold) the "Editor" option. Next, while holding down "Editor", press (and hold) the "Single Player" option. Then release both options at the exact same time.
As you can see, it's quite easy to drag the "New Map" UI from the "Editor" screen back onto the main menu.
You can enter into gameplay, with the "New Map" UI still on screen.
The first level tutorial with the "New Map" UI pieces still on screen.

FlappyFins game on Kindle Fire: Cannot enter in your name
4/24/2014
FlappyFins game (version 1.0) on the Kindle Fire
Description:
I’ve tried a lot of Flappy Bird clones. Most of them aren’t that good.
This one I downloaded today is actually kind of ok.
It’s called FlappyFins.
The premise is a little different.
Instead of spastically hopping your bird up and down, you kind of help
your bird as it is being pushed through the air.
I’ve found a few bugs, however. There was one that I found egregious enough
to write down.
After you complete a game, you are given an input box where
you can supposedly enter in your name for a leaderboard.
But, the problem is, it doesn’t work on the Kindle
Fire. When you click on the input box
that appears under “Congrats! Enter your
name,” the input box disappears as the Kindle Fire keyboard UI rises on screen.
I paid more attention to this than to the fact that the game
screamed “You Loose!!!” at me. Who are
you calling loose, FlappyFins?
Steps to Reproduce:
2.
Start a game, then die
3.
Click inside the input box that appears under “Congrats! Enter your name”
4.
Note that input box disappears as Kindle Fire
keyboard UI appears
Result: There doesn’t
appear to be a way to enter in your name after finishing a game of FlappyFins
on the Kindle Fire
Expected: You should
be able to enter your name after finishing a game of FlappyFins on the Kindle
Fire
Repro Rate: 5/5
On a Kindle Fire, click inside of the input box under "Congrats! Enter your name"
Input box disappears.
Typing does nothing.
